All our apartments are equipped with allergy bedding. If you prefer feather duvets or would like something from our pillow menu, please contact the front desk.
Listen to your own music on your Smartphone, tablet or other Bluetooth-enabled device via our portable Bose Bluetooth speakers. An instruction manual is available in the Manuals section.
We perform a partial cleaning after every third night, and a full clean after the sixth night. You are also welcome to book additional cleaning sessions for an towel change 5.00 EUR, a partial cleaning 10.00 EUR and a full cleaning 15.00 EUR through reception.
The Clipper Boardinghouse Berlin-Gendarmenmarkt has an on-site underground car park. Depending on availability, you can book a parking bay for 23.00 EUR a night through reception. Access is off Rosmarinstraße. There you will find our bicycle park area as well.

You need around 10 minutes (4km) when travelling by taxi or car.
By public transport
From the Friedrichstraße S-Bahn and U-Bahn station, you can take every S-Bahn the direction of Wannsee or Spandau and get off at the Berlin Hauptbahnhof station.

You need 45 to 60 minutes (23 km) depending on traffic when travelling by taxi or car.
BER Airport Express regional railway
We recommend taking the regional railway RE7 at the Friedrichstraße U-Bahn and S-Bahn station to BER airport. Trains run every 30 minutes, and can get you to the airport in 30 minutes. Timetables can be found at www.bvg.de or www.db.de.

Your apartment is from 3:00 pm available. Do you prefer this earlier, you can book our Early Arrival Service for 40,00 EUR. An arrival from 11:00 am is possible. This service is subject to availability and in consultation with the reception.
If you leave us before 7 am, you can leave your keys at our post box in the lobby area opposite the reception.

We are happy to bring an iron and ironing board to your apartment. To do this, please contact the front desk.
The Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you prefer a late check-out, this service is with an extra charge and subject upon availability in consultation with the reception.
We will gladly take care of cleaning your laundry from Monday to Friday. You will find a price list for the laundry service in the wardrobe. Please hand your load in to reception by 9:00 am; you will have it back by 6:00 pm. Express services are offered upon request and with extra charge.
To switch off all lights at the same time, please press the light switch next to the entrance door and hold it down for several seconds. Now all lights will dim automatically and go out together.
Each of our kitchenettes is equipped with a microwave. Further information can be found here.
You are provided with a free starter set of Nespresso capsules on arrival. Additional capsules can be purchased from reception for a charge of 0,70 EUR each. An instruction manual can be found here.
We will also gladly provide a conventional coffee machine free of charge, subject to availability.
We have the following pillow alternatives ready for you: neck roll, wedge pillow, neck pillow. You are welcome to ask about these at reception. Please note that we only have limited availability here.

Since the renovation in 2014, our entire property has been non-smoking/ non- steaming. Please note that smoking or steam is not even permitted in the conservatories or on balconies. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional charge of minimum 120.00 EUR in cleaning costs.

Our guest laundry room has a free washing machine, dryer, clothes horse, irons and ironing boards. The room is located on level 4 next to Apartment 406 and you are welcome to use it from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Reception can provide detergent for 1,00 EUR. We will gladly bring irons and ironing boards to your apartments; please contact the staff at reception.
Use our free basic Internet or the premium Internet for a charge of 3,00 EUR per day, or 10,00 EUR per week. On your Smartphone, tablet or laptop, first select the “Clipper_CCH” wireless network and follow the menu navigation. Your access details consist of your booking number and apartment number, both of which can be found on the arrival card given to you together with your key card.
