Outside of service hours, our Check-In Terminal is available next to the main entrance for a smooth arrival:
1. Touch the screen and select your desired language.
2. Choose “I have a reservation”.
3. Select “Enter your first and last name together”.
4. Enter your first and last name without spaces or hyphens.
5. Review the data* and confirm it.
6. Make the payment*² if required.
* The amount to be paid is the total price for your stay.
*² Even if your stay spans multiple nights, only one night will be displayed. However, your room key will work for the entire duration of your stay.
7. Verify the amount and insert your card. The payment terminal will display “Please wait” until the end of the check-in process.
8. Complete the registration form with your home address and your e-mail address in the designated fields.
9. Sign the form using your finger.
10. Your room key will now drop into the lower compartment of the Check-In Terminal. Your apartment number will be indicated on the key card holder.
11. To enter the Clipper Boardinghouse Berlin-Gendarmenmarkt, hold your key card to the card reader on the left side of the Check-In terminal.
- Please also hold your key card to the card reader in the lift and select your floor (always the first digit of the apartment number).
- If you have reserved a parking space in our underground car park, your key card will also be coded for access. If you have not reserved a parking space, please use the public parking spaces in front of the door. You can park here free of charge from 10 pm until 9 am.
Important: Please take care of your key cards. We charge 12,00 EUR for lost key cards.
If you are leaving before opening hours, please drop your key cards in the 'Reception' letterbox (one of the golden letterboxes in the entrance area).
