One of these houses is the Clipper Boardinghouse Berlin-Gendarmenmarkt, where our guests enjoy the perfect space for their individual development in 59 apartments ranging in size from 25 to 76 sqm. The boardinghouse convinces with its high-quality equipment and dream location not far from the Brandenburg Gate. The German Travel Management Association has certified the Clipper Boardinghouse Berlin-Gendarmenmarkt with "Superior".

For the expansion of our successful dynamic team we are looking for a cleaner (m/f/d) with immediate effect.
YOUR TASKS
Cleaning of the apartments and the public areas according to our quality standards
Processing of guest requests (towels, extra beds, etc.)
Cleaning of the storerooms and clear arrangement of linen and working materials
Stocking the floor trolleys
Checking the linen for wear and damage
Professional use of care and cleaning materials as well as work equipment
Reporting of technical defects and necessary repairs
Proper handling of lost property
YOUR PROFILE
You have a feeling for cleanliness and tidiness
Ideally, you have some practical experience in housekeeping
Good knowledge of German and, if necessary, English
Good manners, a well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma
Commitment, reliability and the ability to work under pressure
Pronounced quality awareness and good organizational skills
WE OFFER

Duty up to a maximum of 20:00, on weekends only up to a maximum of 18:00, no night duty

YOUR TASKS
You are the first contact person for our guests and work independently and on your own responsibility in the early and late service.
You make the stay of our guests something special by your cordial support
As a host, you will give our guests tips and recommendations on Berlin and leisure activities
Check in and check out of our guests
Cash desk management
Telephone and written acceptance and processing of reservations in the absence of the reservation department
Service- and solution-oriented handling of complaints
Invoicing and accounts receivable processing
Execution of the daily closing including the preparation of the reporting for the management
Close cooperation with the housekeeping and technical departments
YOUR PROFILE
You are the right person for us if you are a cordial host and love dealing with a wide variety of people! You are characterized by quality awareness as well as service orientation and are willing to continuously develop yourself. Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel business and have gained some practical experience at the reception desk or in another service-oriented industry. In addition, you have a good command of German and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Oracle Suite 8 is an advantage but not a must.
You do not come from the hotel industry, but you are a service provider with heart and soul? Then don't be afraid to apply to us. Career changers are very welcome.
